Code Compliance

The City of Archer City’s Code Enforcement Department works to ensure that properties do not pose health threats to our community.  The department works to remove blighted property, ensures properties are structurally sound, and handles nuisance complaints such as high weeds, grass, and junk vehicles.  Our Code Enforcement Department strives to treat every resident with respect, fairness, and equality, whether taking a complaint or working with blighted property owners.
